Arwin Soelaksono has solid experience in humanitarian shelters, permanent housing, and public infrastructure post-disaster programs. He has experience managing projects with a total budget of more than USD 91 million, built and retrofitted more than 8,300 houses and more than 50 schools and clinics. Graduated 32 years ago as a Civil Engineer, within the last 17 years, he worked for the Red Cross movement, donor agency, INGOs, UN agencies, and research agency in disaster management for preparedness, response, and recovery.
