Dr. Mercy M F Rampengan S.Pi, M.App.Sc, PhD is a highly accomplished educator and academic leader with a strong background in Earth & Environmental Sciences. Currently serving as a dedicated Lecturer at UNIMA-Universitas Negeri Manado, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Driven by his passion for international education and cross-cultural collaboration, he also holds the position of Head of International Office at UNIMA.

Dr. Rampengan’s academic journey is marked by a notable achievement – his Ph.D. in Earth & Environmental Sciences, earned from James Cook University in Cairns, Australia, from 2011 to 2015. His research and teaching experiences have not only honed his subject matter expertise but have also cultivated his ability to inspire and mentor the next generation of scholars.
