Febrina Nika is a Grant Officer at Resilience Development Initiative (RDI) since September 2024. She is a dedicated International Relations graduate from Universitas Gadjah Mada, with a strong academic background in global politics, human rights, and global justice. During college, Nika actively involved in student organizations, including leadership roles, and honed her proposal development and project management skills.
