Dr. Mizan Bisri is a senior research fellow of the Resilience Development Initiative (RDI). He has more than 10 years of research and consultancy experiences with both national and international clients, such as ASEAN, GIZ, etc. He graduated with a PhD Degree from the Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies, Kobe University, Japan.
