ARWIN SOELAKSONO, has solid experience in the humanitarian shelter, permanent housing, and public infrastructure post-disaster programs. Graduated 31 years ago as Civil Engineer, within the last 16 years, he worked for the Red Cross movement, donor agencies, INGOs, and UN agencies in disaster management for preparedness, response, and recovery.  In 2014, Arwan got his master's degree in subject Planning and Public Policy at Indonesia University. He currently holds the position of a Housing Recovery Advisor at Compassion Indonesia Foundation, Shelter Management Consultant at Resilience Development Initiative, and Consultant for developing Oxfam Contingency Plan Country Operational Readiness and Emergency Standard Document at RedR Indonesia.  Moreover,  He is active as a speaker in many international forum that topics talk about Housing, Shelter, and Disaster in 2021 He became a speaker in the 8^th Asia-Pacific Housing Forum in Bangkok, Thailand.
