TRI MULYANI SUNARHARUM, has a broad background in Urban and Regional Planning. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning at the Queensland University of Technology. Since her PhD, she has been active in attending the international and national conferences as a present, speaker, moderator, and delegation. She is also interested to work and research in the area of urban and regional planning, urban resilience, disaster risk reduction, collaborative planning, participatory planning, decision-making in planning, watershed management, child-friendly city, community engagement, and sustainable development. Mulyani currently holds the position of a lecturer of urban and regional planning and consultant/expert at the Research Centre for Regional Planning Development, Gadjah Mada University. In addition to teaching and researching, She joins some organizations such as The Indonesian Student Association of Australia (PPI Australia) as a Vice President and the Indonesian Planning School Association as a Secretary 2.
