Dr. Indraswari is a Senior Research Fellow in Resilience Development Initiative. Having 28 years of experience in doing research and program in gender and development, including gender and public policy, gender and small scale enterprises funded by International Funds and Governments. From January 2015 to January 2018 she was a commissioner at the National Commission on Violence against Women (Komnas Perempuan) where she managed programs on elimination of violence against women. In academia, from 1996 to present she is a lecturer at Department of Public Administration, School Social and Political Sciences, Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, where she convenes courses on public policy, development and qualitative research method
