Dr. Narumasa Tsutsumida is a Senior Research Fellow at Resilience Development Initiative, that focus on Regional and Urban Policy (RUP).

Research Interest/Research Profile

Land use/cover change caused by human activities using Spatial Information technology, especially:

  • Detecting land use/land cover change by Spatio-temporal data analysis
  • Determining the driving forces accelerating land use/cover change by spatial model

  • Evaluation of the availability of open “geo” data for natural resource managements
