Resilience Development Initiative Visiting Scholars Program
The Resilience Development Initiative (RDI) warmly welcomes visiting scholars who bring their own research work aligned with RDI’s research interests. The Visiting Scholars program at Resilience Development Initiative offers an enriching opportunity for researchers and experts from diverse backgrounds to collaborate with our team. As a visiting scholar, you will have access to our extensive resources and network, allowing you to conduct in-depth research on resilience and sustainable development.
Through knowledge exchange and cross-disciplinary engagement, you will contribute valuable insights and innovative ideas to address global challenges. This program fosters a collaborative learning environment, where scholars can interact with our experts and contribute to our mission of building resilient communities worldwide.

Eligibility:
- Applicants must hold a Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, urban planning, disaster management, climate studies, social sciences, engineering, etc.).
- Demonstrated interest or experience in disaster and climate resilience research or practice.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- A passion for contributing to sustainable development and community resilience.

- Interested candidates should submit their comprehensive curriculum vitae (CV), highlighting relevant academic achievements, research projects, and publications.
- A statement of purpose (500-750 words) describing their research interests, career goals, and how the visiting scholars program aligns with their aspirations.
