Maora Rianti Masya is a research officer of the Resilience Development Initiative (RDI) based in Bandung, Indonesia. She earned her undergraduate degree in International Relations from Sebelas Maret University in Surakarta, Indonesia. Maora dedicates her research projects on the topics of children, social welfare, and health (CSWH), gender study, refugee, stakeholder analysis, disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, and cost-benefit analysis. She has been involved in several projects related to stakeholder analysis, COVID-19 pandemic, gender study, and climate change adaptation funded by SurfAid Indonesia, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), and Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI). She is actively engaged with the NGOs, academicians, and local communities.
