Rizkia Nurinayanti is a disaster risk reduction (DRR) practitioner with 10+years of experiences in the field and research area. She has been handling projects and research, such as the Disaster Resilient Village project in 7 areas, a school-based road side safety project in North and East Jakarta (20 schools), and consultant on project Training for Trainer Katana (Kampung Tanggap Bencana) and Mantab (Madrasah Aman Bencana) Baznas. Futhermore, she also has worked as an associate consultant with BPBD Kab. Bekasi and BPBD Kota Bogor. Since 2019, Rizkia has take on the role of Director at the New Future Disaster Management Center. In addition, she has been contributing as a Capacity Building Specialist for the National Slum Upgrading Program at the Ministry of Spatial Planning/National Land Agency since 2021.
