Field Trip - Energy Garden Potential for Villages in Lembang

For a sustainable world, communities are expected to be able to meet its energy needs independently, particularly remote villages in Indonesia. To address this issue, RDI team and Mr. Tedja (a fellow at RDI) with Dr. Jon Lovett tried to see this possibility in Cibodas Villages Lembang. We observed many possibilities in Cibodas Village. In fact, Cibodas have not only used Biogas as a source of energy, but also used other sources of energy through Biochar and anything else. Hopefully, the ideas that emerged from this field trip can be followed up through the collaboration between RDI and Leeds University.
