Proposal Development Training Workshop

Ramanditya Wimbardana traveled to Hanoi, Viet Nam, to attend Proposal Development Training Workshop (PDTW) held by Asia Pacific Network (APN) on 28 February-2 March 2018. The workshop aimed to increase the capacity of young/early-career scientists and practitioners to develop proposals for submission to APN. In addition, the workshop facilitated young/early-career scientists and practitioners to build network with potential collaborators across national boundaries who are working in the field of global change research. There were 24 young scientists from nine countries in Southeast Asia participating in the workshop. Ramanditya worked with his peers from Malaysia, Viet Nam, and Laos PDR to draft a proposal in water security. He is very delightful to be involved in fruitful and constructive discussion with his peers and mentors in the workshop and he can see many opportunities ahead to conduct research across nations in this region.
