Resilience Development Initiative [RDI] January-March Vol. 4-1

In this newsletter we feature several updates and activities:

1. Policy Analysis on the Impact Forest Fires have on Children
RDI collaborated with Wahana Visi Indonesia and UNICEF to analyze policies regarding children in light of recent forest fires across Kalimantan and Sumatra.

2. MoU between RDI and School of Geography, University of Leeds
The School of Geography, University of Leeds, recently signed an MoU on academic activities

3. Biogas Field Visit to Cibodas, Lembang
RDI accompanied Drs. Izuru Saizen and Narumasa Tsutsumida of Kyoto University to visit biogas activities in Cibodas, Lembang

4. Joint Lecture with Dr. Izuru Saizen and Dr. Narumasa Tsutsumida from Graduate School of Global Environmental Studies Kyoto University
Professors from Kyoto University gave a lecture to an audience of students at the Graduate School, UNPAD

5. Voice of Members
Alpian Pratama on studying abroad, Irsyad Kharisma talks about visiting Mt. Kelud, Adzani Ameridiyani on waste management and women in Lembang, and Husnul Alberdi on returning to Agam for fieldwork.
