Policy Advocacy and Community Empowerment (PACE)Center is a center under RDI which aims to take action to empower community capacity and advocate community issues & needs related to resilience and sustainable development. PACE works alongside the seven RDI clusters and mainly focuses on five key areas on policy advocacy (disaster and climate governance, renewable energy transition and transformation, waste management, refugee & forced displacement, and urban governance) and four key areas on community empowerment (community and youth resilience, community energy security, healthy lifestyle, and waste management and circular economy).
2022 Research on Young Entrepreneur and Green Economic Recovery
A report research that aims to map and find out the conditions of youth entrepreneurs in Indonesia, how the pandemic has impacted youth entrepreneurs that focus on green economic recovery, and how they maintain the contribution towards green economic recovery efforts.
A collaboration between RDI, GNDR & YEU which aims to identify community understanding of disaster risk so that the necessary action plans can be found in reducing disaster risk in the surrounding environment.
2021 Making Displacement Safer: Locally-led DRR Solutions for Displaced Populations in Urban Areas
A project along with the Global Network of Civil Society Organisations for Disaster Reduction (GNDR), worked on the “Making Displacement Safer” project to seek locally-led durable solutions to challenges faced by IDPs living in urban areas.

2020 Platforms for the Inclusion of Non-Normative Genders and Sexualities (NNGS) in CCA Policy and Action
This research underlines the objective to open up and facilitate a transcultural dialogue on CCA between people who claim NNGS identities and between NNGS groups and other stakeholders of CCA by conducting a series of three workshops.
2019 Promoting Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment
A research that aims to identify and support key triggers that would accelerate women participation in urban governance and enhance their productivity. The intention of this assignment in Bandung under Future Cities, Future Women Initiative (FCFWI) is to investigate options for improving gender sensitivity in urban planning using a geospatial-based planning support tool, Ur-scape.
