A two-day workshop, “Platforms for Inclusion of Non-Normative Genders and Sexualities in Climate Change Adaptation Policy and Action,” provided a forum for discussing the experiences and challenges of gender and sexuality (G&S) minorities in climate change adaptation in Indonesia and the Philippines. The workshop featured video presentations, opening remarks by Prof. Maureen Fordham, and project background by Dr. Albert Salamanca. Facilitated by Prof. JC Gaillard, interactive activities were conducted on the Mural Platform, concluding with a commitment to ongoing collaboration between participants, SOGIESC, and climate change experts. This collaboration aims to provide training and socialisation through art performances, highlighting the nexus of G&S minorities and climate change adaptation.
