The Resilience Development Initiative (RDI) has successfully organized multiple workshops with a clear objective of imparting specialized knowledge, practical skills, and valuable competencies for both research and teaching purposes. Collaborating with esteemed partners like INASP, LIPI, and Widyatama University, RDI has conducted several international workshops. These workshops have attracted participants from renowned institutions, including Universitas Parahyangan (UNPAR), Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD), Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), Universitas Widyatama, and Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI). Distinguished international speakers have also been invited to enrich the workshops, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience for all participants.
